1. Choose a dealer and submit your exchange request (Minimum unit: 100g of gold from the Korea Gold Exchange; KGLD payment amount based on: the price of a 100g gold product from the Korea Gold Exchange, including gold weight and processing fees).
2. Once submitted, the dealer reviews and approves.
3. After approval, the dealer prepares the physical gold.
4. When ready, visit the dealer with a government-issued ID to pick up.
5. Confirm receipt; if not confirmed, auto-confirmation occurs after 7 days.
