How to request physical exchange

STEP 1

Submit exchange request

Select a pickup dealer and submit your physical asset exchange request.

*Minimum unit: Korea Gold Exchange gold 100g / silver 1000g *Required amount: KGLD or KSVR matching the product price (including weight and processing fees)

STEP 2

Approval

Once submitted, the dealer reviews your request and proceeds with approval.

STEP 3

Asset preparation

After approval, the dealer prepares your physical asset for pickup.

STEP 4

Pick up asset

When ready, visit the dealer with a government-issued ID and pick up your physical asset.

STEP 5

Confirm receipt

After pickup, receipt confirmation is required. If not confirmed, it will be auto-confirmed after 7 days.
